Tired of the hassles associated with collecting? Arx Financial, Inc. is pleased to offer loan payment collection services.

For loans originated outside of our firm, the standard fee is $10.00 per lender, per month or check issued (whichever is greater). No set-up charges are required. If there are preexisting complications associated with a loan, there may be a need to discuss a different schedule of compensation. Services include (but aren’t limited to):

• Receipt and disbursement of payments (usually same-day). A payment statement accompanies each check sent to a Lender.
• Late Notices as needed.
• 1098/1099INT reporting at year end.
• Demand/Payoff Statement preparation.
• Reconveyance of satisfied Deeds of Trust.

We maintain relationships with foreclosure companies and attorneys to assist with default situations should they occur.
