What we do:
Using our own funds, and those of private investors, we arrange loans secured by California Real Estate. Additionally, we also provide loan servicing assistance to private investors.
Why we exist:
To provide an alternative when traditional real estate financing is not available. Whatever the reason, not all loans fit within the guidelines of traditional financing outlets. When this occurs, a private investor funded loan (also referred to as hard money loan) can sometimes satisfy the need.
